Shipping & Returns
SHIPPINGDue to the coronavirus outbreak, we have been seeing delays, which vary by product or item(s). We are doing everything we can to get these items to you in a timely manner and have indicated where things are backordered to let you know the delay we foresee.
Please allow up to 3-5 days for processing of all orders before they are shipped out.
Shipping to USA & Canada is generally between 1-4 weeks.
For orders in the rest of the world our estimated ship times are between 2-6 weeks.
Please note these are just estimates and ship times could be much quicker or slightly longer due to covid-19 delays out of our control.

We allow cancellation of orders within 2-4 hours of placing them. As most products are processed immediately, after this time we will not accept order cancellations for any reason.
Packages re-directed by our courier due to an incomplete or incorrect address issue, this may incur a $10-$15 fee per item for reshipment. Please verify and check carefully your shipping address at checkout, to avoid these kinds of issues.
If your package is determined to be undeliverable, it will be returned to the courier's warehouse then it will be sent back to us (not sure how long this will take). Once we physically receive your package and confirm that it was undeliverable, we will issue a full refund for your order. This will take time and you will be notified when this happens!
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must be unused, undamaged and unscented (i.e. no smoke, animal or hair damage, perfume, dirt, etc.) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
Please note we only accept a maximum of 1 return/exchange per item sold, meaning if you purchase 1 product, and you need to return/exchange it, this can only be done once (i.e. you cannot keep returning/exchanging an item after the first return/exchange if there is nothing wrong with the item as approved by Ecosifu).
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged and include: Gift cards, sale items, custom ordered items.
***Please note: Due to covid-19, and potential health risks, we are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges for: personal care products, any kitchen/food storage/cooking/cleaning products due to health and safety reasons.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To return your product, please send us an email including a copy of your receipt/proof of purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
DO NOT ship us goods without obtaining authorization first - we need to be aware there are goods coming back to us.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item.
Please note shipping costs paid at the checkout are NON-REFUNDABLE.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
In addition, we do not accept refunds for reasons such as item is no longer needed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)All sale items are considered FINAL SALE. Under no circumstances can any sale items be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Exchanges For Defective or Damaged Items (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and upon final approval of Ecosifu. You must let us know within 3 days of receiving the order if it is defective or damaged, we are not liable for any exchanges past 3 days notice. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Please outline the issue and/or reason for exchange.
Please note, although we always try our hardest to ensure accurate product colours, colours of products may not be exactly as in photo description on our product page due to a variety of reasons including photo lighting, production variances etc.
By purchasing on our website you agree to release us of any liability for returns/exchanges due to "colour not as expected".
Restocking Fee & Shipping
To return/exchange your product, send us an email at email@example.com to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. DO NOT ship us goods without obtaining authorization first - we need to be aware there are goods coming back to us.
All products eligible for return may be subject to an 15-20% restocking fee and will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund/exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
